Job Description

- Book equipment orders for customers via inbound calls. Provide exceptional customers service, answering all questions concerning equipment and offering additional items – i.e. berms, hoses, etc.
- Work closely with operation and sales team to prepare documentation for customer contract set up, shipping, and returns.
- Distribute daily assignments to field teams.
- Ensure that all returned and/or off-rented equipment is properly documented Maintain branch inventory of all equipment.
- Track and manage the quality control of all equipment.
- Provide back up support to other team members in the office as necessary Suggest ideas and ways to improve branch efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in rental industry, customer service, or billing, preferred 1-2 years of data entry experience.
- Exposure to standard concepts of scheduling and dispatching Exposure to DOT and state specific safety regulations helpful Communicate clearly: verbal and written.
- Strong MS Excel experience preferred.
