Rental Coordinator And Dispatcher

We are a Small and Heavy Equipment Rental business. Family owned since 1982. We are constantly growing and are in need of a Rental Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative / Dispatcher.

We rent equipment ranging from Dozers, to Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Skidsteers, etc.

We are looking for someone who is somewhat familiar with Construction Equipment.

Specific Duties:

• Rental customer service activities: take calls, answers questions, quotes rates.
• Assists customers choose correct equipment size, mix, and model for application and jobsite requirements.
• Schedules / coordinates equipment hauling in support customers’ needs through appropriate channels; processes billing.
• Performs rental equipment check-in / check-out
• Coordinates / schedules maintenance and repairs with Service Department; monitors repair status and costs.
• Works with Service Department to ensure equipment abuse by customers are identified and billed accordingly.
• Assists outside Sales Representatives as necessary.
• Advises management of significant competitive sales and rental activities.
• Communicate well with Billing, Pre-Lien, Release and Collection personnel.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to assist customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
