We are an established Event Rental company in the LA area that has been successful in producing events for over 30 years!
We are currently seeking to add a member to our team. This is a full time opportunity to learn not only about rentals and equipment coordination, but also an opportunity to learn about specialty items, various types of events, how to produce CAD event diagrams, and get a glimpse into various elements of event production as you work closely with other industry vendors. This is a very fast pace environment that involves multi-tasking and great attention to detail.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

*You must have proper telephone etiquette and be fluent in English (written and verbal).
Job functions include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones and greet clients
- Assist clients with rentals ideas and orders
- Provide design recommendations to our customers
- Guide and assist clients in achieving their event vision and consult with them to determine event details
- Oversee the planning and installation of projects, including being onsite for event installations/breakdowns (Might fall in the evening or weekends)
- Supervise crews on installations and assist with event set ups as needed- Schedule and attend appointments with clients at venues and/or in our showroom
- Attend walkthroughs on job sites
- Create CAD diagrams based on meetings, walkthroughs, and event spaces
- Create, nurture, and maintain the growth of client relationships
- Maintain and create up-to-date table settings and displays in our showroom
- Attend and market at event industry socials, mixers, conferences, bridal shows, and trade shows (follow up with any new potential clients after)
- Design and create company displays for trade shows and showroom
- Coordinate logistics with warehouse crew
- Maintain open communication with other office members to coordinate logistics for events
- General Administrative/Clerical work will be required (filing, ect.)
