Job Description:

24/7 Events is seeking an entry level Sales & Rental Coordinator. Must be able to provide customer service, be attentive to details and has up-to-date computer skills. The coordinator will be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, data entry and assisting customers in our showroom with event design. Our team is family-friendly, high-energy, hardworking, and dedicated. Our coordinators are a crucial part of our team and will report to our Sales Director and Operations Manager.

This position has the flexibility to be a part time or full-time position. Shifts and hours are subject to change.

Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am-3pm; Occasionally a Saturday from 9am-1pm

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and being able to provide basic pricing and information
• Inventory Data Entry and updates into our Rental Sales system
• Assist clients that enter the showroom with event design and their rental needs
• Assorted organization and filing tasks
• Various tasks that will be assigned to you to assist the operations department, sales department and accounting department.

Job Requirements:

1. Must have exceptional phone and email communication skills

2. Must be detail oriented and have time management skills to be able to complete delegated tasks within a given timeframe.

3. Must work well with other team members

4. Be a self-starter and show initiative

5. Must be willing to observe and uphold the company culture, and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and rules in written and verbal form.
