Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service by understanding customers' needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer emails and live chats in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers with placing orders
- Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates to customers
- Process returns and refunds according to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics to achieve Customer Service goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Customer Service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
