The call center representatives will assist inbound callers with application and eligibility requirements for healthcare programs. Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service in a call center environment Handle inbound customer healthcare enrollments Assist customers out of large calling queue Handle HIPAA information related to healthcare Utilizing custom software to handle all documentation
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Qualifications:
Personal computer or laptop with Windows 10 or higher operating system and 8 GB RAM, Internet connected through an ethernet cord - not WIFI required USB plug-and-play wired headset with a microphone and noise suppression required 1 year of call center experience required High school diploma or GED equivalent required Typing 25 wpm required
