We are looking for a Inbound Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $21.25 - $30.00 per hour Day by Day Responsibilities: Call Center agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone and through email correspondence and must meet the Customer's needs through prompt responses to inquiries and requests Answer calls regarding general information about airline travel on Silver Airways and resolve customer concerns Perform activities including viewing a computer terminal and navigating menus and screens on a computer terminal and send and receive email correspondence Sell ancillary products from incoming calls Ability to initiate searches for miscellaneous travel-related information on the Internet
