We are looking for PT and FT Call Center staff to support the Pinellas County Elections office. The Call Center is the foundation for providing accurate information to all voters. These are SEASONAL POSITIONS starting in JANUARY 2024 and ENDING IN NOVEMBER 2024. Paid Training is provided!
OFFERING PT AND FT HOURS (PT minimum of 3 days/week)
What is the Election Call Center responsible for?
· Providing information to voters.
· Processing Mail-In Ballot requests.
· Assist with various office duties.
· Handles precinct inquiries and other election-related questions.
· Updating voter records.
Necessary skills:
Data entry skills
Customer service and phone skills
Ability to utilize a computer and learn new programs
Positive attitude
