SalaryManufacturing team members are responsible for loading and unloading machines followed by inspecting all product.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Additional overtime on Saturdays as needed
Training on 1st shift, 6a-2:30p for 4-6 weeks.
After training, must move to 3rd shift, 9:30p-6a
Pay Rate:
$18.13 - $19.13/hr
A clean and temperature controlled environment with a break area and a range of departments servicing the medical field.
Job Description:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Ensure on-time completion of daily/weekly production on targets and shipments, and/or on-time delivery of RAW, WIP and Finished Goods, and/or inspection of product and materials in he RAW, WIP and Finished Goods state, to end users at the specified quality standard. Loading and unloading machines with product and the inspection of all product.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- Ability to multiple and divide with 10s and 100s
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to use a microscope
- Ability to learn and understand SPC data and control limits
