As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver the best possible experience for our customers. Serving as the friendly voice and trusted resource of Genuine Replacement Parts, you will be in constant communication with customers, and supporting them throughout the entire ordering process. If you thrive at building strong relationships with customers by displaying high energy, have great attention to detail, and have a passion to go above and beyond- We want to meet you!
A Typical Day
- Proactively respond to customers regarding product and/or service inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Greet customers warmly, identify reason for calling and verify account information.
- Properly and accurately document all calls
- Assist with orders, refunds, cancellations, and/or general company information, including company policy or terms of sale.
- Follow-up on outbound calls, assigned cases, and unresolved customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Think critically to provide solutions to customers if their product malfunctions

- You get excited about taking a high volume of in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor in troubleshooting
- You build strong customer relationships and develop loyal customers

- You exemplify all company policies and procedures
- You know MS Office (Word and Excel); you may not be a master but you’re on your way
- You have a High School Diploma and/or combination of customer service experience
