Job Summary:
As a Regional Account Manager specializing in Healthcare Compliance, you will play a vital role in managing relationships with hospitals and health systems across America. Your primary focus will be to support these facilities in enhancing compliance with their medical device vendors. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and solutions to improve compliance practices and ensure regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current compliance policies, procedures, and practices within our network of Hospitals and Health Systems.
- Utilize the RepScrubs Compliance Improvement Plan to pinpoint gaps and weaknesses in compliance frameworks, offering recommendations for improvement and devising effective strategies to boost compliance throughout all organizational levels.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining compliance strategies, policies, procedures, and their outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and health systems within your assigned region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for these facilities, understanding their compliance needs and challenges.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current compliance practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to facility staff on compliance-related matters, including regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Assist facilities in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Track and report on compliance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your assigned accounts.
- Act as a liaison between facilities and medical device vendors, facilitating communication and resolving issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in account management, healthcare compliance, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
