The Zaxbys Support Center is looking for a Regional Managerto join the above-store management team. The Regional Manager is accountable for development of leaders, profitability, and operational performance while ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and system compliance in each district within their region. The Regional Manager leads and develops 4 to 7 District Managers who oversee 25+ total locations. The Regional Manager works closely with marketing and recruiting to drive guest traffic and build internal talent pipelines of team members who are lead and developed into future leaders.

This position is field-based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Collaborates with Zaxbys Support Center on strategic plan and Zax LLC initiatives
- Collaborates with District Managers in setting quarterly goals for their district that align with overall strategic plan for the Brand
- Develops talent/people in each district to achieve organizational goals
- Coaches District Managers on how to recruit the best talent that fits the Zaxbys Culture
- Completes quarterly job performance assessments of each District Manager in their region and provides continuous training and development of District Managers based on feedback from these assessments
- Cultivates an accountability culture that spearheads development and growth
- Conducts periodic store inspections (including but not limited to RER, Food Safety, and Inventory Audits) to ensure that brand standards and procedures are being always upheld
- Consistently reviews regional performance to ensure quality of service to both internal and external guests aligns with brand standards and holds District Managers accountable for staffing and operations
- Reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance of the company
- Prepare performance reports for presentation to leadership
- Controlling cost to maximize revenue
- Diagnosing problems with the running of the business and formulate effective solutions
- Work with varying departments to select, evaluate, and approve opportunities for growth in the Region

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES
- Bachelors degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience:
- 5+ years of multi-unit experience Other:
- Valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation; successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
