Regional Claim Manager (Auto Physical Damage) Florida– The Auto Club Group
- Oversee (business line) auto physical damage claims area operations and services.
- Direct the investigation, evaluation, and settlement of all first party and third party auto physical damage claims.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service delivery partners to ensure the cost-effective handling of auto claims.
- Establish philosophy and procedures for first party and third-party auto claims handling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate trade or technical, local, civic and business groups, local and state governmental officials and news media.
- Act as media spokesperson to explain and introduce company sponsored activities.
- Administer policies and procedures within assigned area of responsibility that support operations, including reserve strategy, loss reporting, loss adjusting, payment processing, maintenance, and audit functions.
- Be a part of the broader Florida insurance and ACG claims leadership teams.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, claims management or related field or equivalent work experience
- Possession of valid driver's license
- Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Completion of IIA (Insurance Institute of America) or other insurance coursework.
- Professional Human Resources certification.
- In states where an adjuster’s license is required, the candidate must be eligible to acquire a state adjuster’s license within 90 days of hire and maintain as specified for appropriate states.

- This is a hybrid work arrangement (time spent in office and remote). Depending on the employee's role and leadership's assessment, some employees will come in to an ACG facility on a weekly basis, a monthly basis, or on an "as needed" basis for key meetings and collaborative activities. Most employees will be required to come into the office, at a minimum, for important departmental meetings or teambuilding events.
