We are seeking a reliable and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and possess strong organizational abilities. -The ability to speak English as well as Spanish is essential.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform various clerical tasks such as taking payments, data entry, filing, and transcribing documents
- Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ensure the Front Desk area is clean and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software applications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff members
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in a dental office is a plus
