Looking for an Office Assistant/Receptionist for an excellent company located in North Dallas:
General Description:
The Office Assistant/Receptionist’s primary responsibility is that of answering the telephones and greeting visitors. A pleasant
phone voice and proper business attire are required at all times. The second responsibility is maintaining the general office; this
includes taking the mail to and picking up the mail from the post office each morning. Additionally, this responsibility includes
maintaining postage, opening the mail, maintaining the kitchen, proofing orders, breaking down invoicing, filing, printing catalogs
and other material, and maintaining the copiers, fax machine and other equipment. This person will report directly to the Office
Manager. Since we are a seasonal company, job responsibilities can vary substantially during the year. Assistance with other
general office functions will be necessary as those situations arise. It is the intention of this company to provide a quality long-term
position to a person that wants to grow within our business.
Responsibilities:
1. Answering the Telephone and Greeting Visitors
2. Maintaining General Office
3. Filing, data entry, working with other team members on special projects
4. Teachable, trainable, with excellent communication skills
5. Responsibilities will evolve and expand through knowledge and experience
Hourly Pay
Excellent pay around $18-$20 per hour and possibly higher for the right person
Qualifications
Several years of professional experience with Office Assistant/Receptionist in a fast-paced environment
