Office Assistant/Receptionist

This position is an entry-level position in the legal field which entails, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

• Greet and assist visitors to the office.
• Send, receive, sort, and distribute faxes and mail.
• Answer and transfer telephone calls.
• Book conference rooms, couriers, etc.
• Ordering, maintaining, and scheduling repair of office supplies.
• Provide general support to the administrative team such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning, etc.
• Provide support to Human Resources executives.
• Provide support to the Accounting Department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
