We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our office.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with project coordination and office management tasks
-Assist with marketing material and social media management
- Perform data entry and file management using Zenoti, Microsoft Word, Excell Spreadsheet, Adobe and other software systems
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets), Microsoft Word,
-Plus if experienced with Zenoti system
-Plus if experience in Excell, Adobe, Canva and calendly
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with order entry and inventory management is a plus
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a clerical role is preferred, but not required

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
