Receptionist/Customer Service
We are seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant in a busy contracting business. Dependable, Dependable, Dependable!! Responsibilities will include but not limited to answering phones; taking estimate/service requests from customers and writing up work orders; issuing and maintaining purchase orders; filing and maintaining files. Attention to detail is a must. Some light accounting knowledge is helpful. We are looking for good organizational skills, computer and customer service skills. A knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary, and experience with Excel and Quickbooks is helpful.
