We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, be self-motivated, have the ability to multi-task and ready to greet all vistors with a warm and professional attitude. Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
Duties:
-Answering and directing phone calls
-Greeting and assisting visitors
-Entering new contracts
-Assisting Post Closing with various duties
-Maintaning a clean, fully stocked & orderly lobby
-Assisting with office supply inventory and ordering
-Assisting with Social Media
-Taking in escrow money deposits and sending out receipts to the appropriate parties
