Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming phone calls
- Greets all customers entering the showroom
- Creates new customer files and enters the information into Builders Trend
- Processes NOC’s
- Scans file when the job is completed to H Drive
- Emails customer warranty papers
- As directed by the Business Office Supervisor, may collect payments and process credit card
- Processes cut sheets
- Assists customers as needed
- Assists with special projects as assigned
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with area staff and management
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned
Skills:
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience working at a front desk or in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
