We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the company's calendar and schedule appointments
- Assist with office management tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination as needed
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Iclass
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with gymnasics office procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle phone systems and other office equipment
