We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have experience in calendar management, phone systems, and administrative tasks. This is a full-time position located at our dental office.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments
-Be independant, forward thinking, and "take charge" personality
- Manage calendars and schedule patients
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records

- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience working in a dental office is a plus. We are a FFS no insurance/paperwork.
