A company leader in the export of building materials, servicing the Caribbean area is looking for a driven and hard-working professional that can excel in a busy, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, proficient communication skills in English, and experience using standard computer programs, such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
Duties:
· Answer, sort and direct phone calls
· Answer, sort and direct emails
· Receive and direct visitors (customers and vendors)
· File, scan and sort paperwork
· Maintain catalog database and sample inventory
· Stock office supplies, manage inventory for reorders
· Sort and direct incoming mail
· Prep and package small Fedex/ UPS shipments
· Must be able to communicate, read and write in English (Spanish a plus)
