Office Assistant/Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Job Duties:

~Phones

~Data Entry

~Record Keeping

~Assist other office staff as required

~Create & Maintain excel spreadsheets

~Maintains stock of office supplies & specialized forms

Qualifications:

~QuickBooks (preferred but not required)

~Acculynx (preferred but not required)

~Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook

~Knowledge of basic office equipment

~Knowledge of general office procedures

~One year related experience

~High School or Equivalent
