Managing phone traffic such as redirecting inbound calls to company personnel, answering general questions, handling complaints, fielding & assisting with sales staff calls, basic customer order entry, invoicing customers, etc.
The job also entails other clerical work such as filing, administering employment applications, mail sorting and managing mailing lists, greeting guests & customers, assisting other office personnel, providing sales staff support etc.
