Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individual
- Provide general administrative and clerical support for all team members
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform data entry tasks, such as order entry and processing. Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuites a plus
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with front desk duties, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, handling deliveries, and ensuring the reception area is tidy
-Typical hours 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday - Thursday with some flexibility.
Requirements:
-Intermediate computer skills (Experience with ERP systems preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
