The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the leadership team and other staff members within the community by performing various clerical duties, such as preparing correspondence, memos, and reports.
The Administrative Assistant's primary focus will be to greet guests as they arrive and help answer any questions they might have.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Interact with patients, residents, family members, staff, and others through phone calls, written correspondence, and/or in person.
- File management and storage
- Assist managers with filing, making packets, copying, and mailings
