Financial Advisory office seeks a part time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a job-sharing position. We are a multi service financial advisory firm providing financial and investment planning for our clients. We are looking for an individual who is organized, adaptable, accurate, and detail-focused; someone with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task, and who is an effective communicator with great people skills.

The Front Desk Receptionist duties include greeting clients, handling phone calls, data entry of bank deposits, data entry of client accounts and deposit information for our main office and branch offices, preparation and maintenance of confidential files, reports and documents.

TheAdministrative Assistant duties include monthly billing preparation, monthly banking and compliance report preparation and reviews for offices, scheduling of meetings, assisting with client file preparation, data entry and maintenance, vendor contact and maintenance of office supplies, equipment and services, assisting financial advisors with some correspondence, mailings, and reports, etc.

Currently, we are looking to fill about 20 hours per week

Hours - 8:00 - 4:30

Starting Salary: $22-$24/per hour depending on experience

Microsoft Office Skills, Quickbooks and Excel Spreadsheet experience preferred
