About the Role
Responsibilities
- Communicate via email and phone calls with clients and plan reviewers.
- Work on developing conceptual site layout with clients.
- Prepare conceptual, design development, and construction drawings.
- Design stormwater management practices and prepare stormwater calculations.
- Prepare all associated calculations, reports and spreadsheets for adequate outfall analysis.
- General support of the design team in all aspects of a given project.
- Conduct code research and write plan specifications for the contractor to follow.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
- Engineer-In-Training (E.I.T.) Designation required.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure or the ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe is preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in site development, hydrology, and stormwater management is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Microsoft Office is required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary
$80,000 - $85,000 per year
