Summary: The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist provides supportive services to ACBC office staff and client services, providing excellent customer service and experience to program participants, donors, and volunteers.
Position responsibilities (essential functions) include (but not limited to):
- Serve as a backup at front desk when needed
- Return phone calls and schedule appointments
- Daily, weekly, and monthly data entry and database support
- Organization and inventory of office supplies
- Organization and inventory of forms and resources
- Community Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) support including monthly reminder calls
- Other general duties as assigned, including support of community food distributions
