Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Receptionist/Showroom Assistant Job Duties:
- Welcomes clients by greeting them in person or over the telephone.
- Directs visitors and callers; takes and relays messages; receives incoming mail and packages.
- Maintains security by screening visitors and callers; monitors and maintains front desk log.
- Maintains a safe and clean reception area and showroom.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by relaying information, documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Provides showroom assistance as needed.
- Data entry, correspondence, faxing, and other business communications.
Skills/Qualifications:
Typing 40+ WPM, Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Attention to Detail, Customer Focus, Organization, Handles Pressure/Multi-tasking, Supply Management. Will train: Google Apps, Quick Books Accounting, CRM. *Team player
Full-Time Schedule:
- Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
- Tuesday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm (instead of being off on Mondays you may request another week day off- Fridays & Saturdays required)
- Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Compensation:
- $20/hr + performance based bonuses (after 90 day probationary period)
