Administrative Assistant/Medical Receptionist

Busy Psychiatric Physician's office in Uptown Dallas, looking for an individual who is interested in working and participating in the growth of a professional office practice. The individual who is hands on, energetic, multi-tasker, who has experience in front office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, computer skill/IT troubleshooting and taking vitals. Medical/Psychiatric experience preferred. THIS IS NOT A NURSING POSITION! MEDICAL ASSISTANT POSITION AVAILABLE!! SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!

Front Office Job: involves intensive front office duties, check-in/checkout patients, cross training in other positions in office. EHR/EMR Would like applicant if possible to know how to call in prescriptions and Prior Authorizations using CoverMyMeds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
