- Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
- Drafts written responses or replies by phone or email.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Performs general administrative and clerical office support tasks.
- Organize travel arrangements for international and domestic travel.
- Review and reconcile Expense/Reimbursement Reports.
- Compile and exchange (and sometimes analyze) information for executives.
- Assist in implementation of department activities and communications, internal and external.
- Assist other department staff as requested with special projects or other duties as needed.
- Two years of college course work (preferably in business or related field) or equivalent administrative support experience.
- At least three years administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at one time.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other office software including automated calendaring, and internet software.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent written and verbal communication skills, work independently, as well as cooperatively, in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills with strong attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
