We are the local dealership for the largest door installer in North America - One Day Doors & Closets. We are a growing company with lots of opportunity! Seeking a part-time receptionist.
Duties include:
- Scheduling sales calls, measurements, and installation dates with customers.
- Responding to and qualifying potential customers via phone and email.
- Coordinating install teams.
- Customer record keeping.
- Answering phones and emails/web form submissions.
- Posting social media content.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Employee will become forklift certified in order to occasionally receive pallet shipments.
