SUMMARY
Responsible for coordinating support tasks related to operations within the organization by participating in the planning, development, implementation, and support of Operational activities. Also responsible for Task associated with the Human Resources Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Promptly and courteously answer all incoming calls and refer to the appropriate person.
· Respond to customer questions and requests, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
· Greet visitors/customers and direct them to appropriate personnel.
· Maintain proper inventory of office supplies.
· Develop and distribute monthly newsletter to all employees, staff and clients.
· Assist in updating and maintaining Vendor and Project Lists for all locations.
· Manage flow of Safety Meeting topics for employees on a monthly basis and support management team with various safety programs.
· Compile monthly Engineer’s Reports for properties and submit to clients.
· Assist with special company meetings and organization events, such as Holiday parties, BOMA and SDBEA events.
· Provide operational support for the Office Staff, such as flight/hotel reservations, etc.
· Maintain up to date Roving calendar.
· Maintain and manage operational cellular system.
· Maintain and manage engineering uniform programs.
· Provide IT support when needed.
· Coordinate and assist with monthly engineering training sessions.
· Maintain business partnership relations.
· Human Resources Filing, Documents and other tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Excellent customer service skills required. Proficient in Word, Excel, Email. Should possess strong interpersonal skills when interacting with staff, clients, or external partners. Must be highly organized individuals that multitask on many different projects at the same time. Must work well in a team setting, be results-oriented, and work effectively on their own with minimal supervision.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
