Position Summary
Analogix is seeking a part-time Receptionist. This person is the face of the organization for visitors and is responsible for the first impression of walk-in clients. Our ideal candidate is welcoming and friendly, as well as responsible and organized.
Receptionist Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests.
- Answer questions and address concerns from customers via phone and/or email.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Receive letters and packages. Prepares outgoing mail.
- Keep lobby, front desk, break room and conference rooms clean and tidy on a daily basis.
- Responsible for inventory and ordering office supplies as well as snacks and drinks.
- Responsible for ordering lunches and or dinner as requested by the management team.
- Collect corporate credit card invoices to submit to the accounting team on a month-end basis.
- Schedule meetings, engagements, and daily activities.
- Scanning and filing.
- Assists with other clerical duties as needed.
Required and Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to independently exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, take initiative, be flexible and professional at all times.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and a good understanding of databases.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Proactive work style and history of collaborative teamwork.
Qualifications
- Available to work up tp 24 hours per week.
