Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide quality shipping and receiving customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Picks up and drops off mail at Local post office, as necessary.
- Collect, sorts and delivers incoming and interoffice mail to ensure accurate, timely delivery of materials.
- Load and unload trucks with pallet jack or forklift assistance
- Process freight and overnight shipments as needed.
- Process outgoing mail with use of postage meter machine.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of shipping and receiving dock.
- Update customers on new postal regulations as needed.
- Maintain postage and shipping materials and ensure all locations are stocked with supplies.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
