• Reporting to theVP of Global Tops Design,you will lead a team of 9 designers who support Men's & Women's Graphics, Print, and Pattern Design from ideation through execution, ensuring our products align with Levi's brand values, vision, market trends, and consumer needs.
• You will partner withthe Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development and Supply Chain teams toevolveour Graphics and CAD product aesthetic that supports the strategic plansanddeliversleading commercial opportunities.
  

• 7 to 10 years of experiencein Graphic and Textile CAD Design
• Degree in Textile/Graphic Design or related field
• Experience with branded apparel design, CAD print/pattern techniques,graphic treatments, drawing/painting, fabrications, printing and manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to identify consumer insights through market research to inform delivery of commercial to leading ideas in our graphic and CAD expressions.
• Experience in Adobe Suite, Ned Graphics, and CLO
  

The expected starting salary range for this role is $142,100 to $215,200. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
