Salary`QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Effectively manage multiple projects, use time management skills and independent judgment in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated efficiency, productivity attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of legal terminology is a plus
- Must have prior calendar management experience
- Ability to work on strict and short deadlines; able to set priorities and deal effectively with shifting priorities
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information and use diplomacy in written and verbal communication with internal and external clients
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
