SalaryThe Business Office/Accounting Clerk provides support by
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
- Reconciliation of Cash and Balance sheet accounts.
- Assist with month end and year end closings.
- Assist with job costing and reporting.
- Must have general knowledge of accounting procedures.
- Must have Data Entry skills, be well organized, and pay attention to detail.
- Qualified candidates need to be well versed in accounting software, payroll software, and proficient with computers and have the ability to use Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience is a plus. Pay range is dependent on experience.
