Position Summary
Our global client is looking for a direct hire, permanent Project Manager / Operations Director to support the operations of the Concessionaire based in Moscow, ID. The position will report to the Concessionaire's CEO.
Duties and Responsibilities:
On site-supervision in Moscow, ID and monitoring the daily operations and maintenance provided by the Concessionaire's local contractor on-campus, as well as acting as close liaison with the University's leadership.
On-site supervision and monitoring of the delivery of major repairs, replacements, and expansions of the Utility System.
Assistance reviewing any documents submitted to the Concessionaire (operations, financial, insurance) by different third parties and preparing deliverables to the University, including utility fee forecasts, capital planning, and other reporting needs (internal and external).
Participation in the Concessionaire's Board of Directors, including assistance with the preparation of board reports.
Assistance identifying new bidding opportunities and supporting the Business Development team with the submission.
Requirements Degree Required: Mechanical Engineering (BSc. or MSc). Background in business administration is recommended. Trainings/ Qualifications:High proficiency in Excel and strong comfort working with numbers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort working with a team and independently. Self-motivated.
Demonstrated interest in (and desire to grow in) the infrastructure sector (energy, water, social, and transportation).
A desire to further develop skills in project management, and project finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
