Project Coordinator

CISSDM is currently searching a for a qualified candidate to fulfill our Project Coordinator role. This role is pivotal to the success of our Sales and Project Management teams. The Coordinators provide scheduling support, project updating/tracking, and work with our vendors/field technicians to support to our project managers. PC’s play a key role in successful project implementations, controlling costs, and building customer relationships.

The ideal candidates must be highly organized and self-motivated to complete deadline driven tasks in a timely fashion. PC’s are responsible for successful dispatching of field technicians, updating project trackers, reviewing/managing daily dispatch tickets, supporting field technicians, and working vendor/partners/FSTs to ensure project costs are managed properly.

Experience candidate will have a background in dispatching, vendor coordination, and tracking/managing project timelines. This position requires a proficiency in working with proprietary software systems and MS Office suite products.

Qualifications

- 1 year in telecommunications/IT industry, or 1 year of field service dispatching in related fields.

- Minimum 1 year of direct customer service.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Experience with ticketing software programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
