Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
Pay Rate: $30 Hourly
Location: Boise, ID
- Review data and determine materials, labor, and process requirements.
- Make routine decisions independently.
- Resolve issues that occur before or during the manufacturing cycle.
- Consult with customers, vendors, and other appropriate individuals to gather necessary data and formulate cost estimates with limited supervision.
- Prepare estimates and may ask for guidance to resolve projects of high complexity.
- Interact with experienced team members and managers to resolve complex problems, communicate, and share information, and expertise to support the ability to work more efficiently.
- Utilize skills needed to partner, negotiate, and coordinate efforts across a variety of disciplines.
- AAS Degree or higher (or equivalent training in a related field).
- 3 years of semiconductor industry experience.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft programs, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint…
- Understand SAP and Procurement processes.
- Strong ability to learn new software programs.
- Ability to learn new processes proficiently.
- The ability to be flexible with job responsibilities and take the initiative to assume added responsibilities.
- Ability to manage capital expenses, POs, and purchases.
- Strong ability to manage metrics, KPIs, and metrics.
- Ability to be meticulous, follow complex procedures, and work with minimal supervision.
- Regularly exchange technical information with colleagues and managers
- Must be able to work in a team environment and interact with internal and external customers/vendors.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
