Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 4th Grade General Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success. As a 4th Grade General Education Teacher, you will be responsible for providing students with a comprehensive and engaging curriculum that aligns with state standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards
- Provide differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to promote student learning and engagement
- Incorporate technology into instruction to enhance learning experiences
- Use assessment data to guide instructional decisions and adjust instruction as needed
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents regularly
- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and cooperation
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Attend and participate in school and district meetings and professional development opportunities
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Idaho state teaching certification or licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of 4th grade curriculum and instruction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance instruction
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
