Assist with or Manage Master Subcontractor and Supplier Database

Design Coordination:

Meetings & Meeting Minutes

Project Start-Up:

Insurance & Bonding Verification & Reporting

TrustLayer Compliance Monitoring

Payment & Performance Bond Tracking

Procore Directory Updates - Company Level & Project Level

Preliminary Notice Tracking

Construction Phase:

Certified Payroll Verification (Public Projects)

Background Check Coordination & Tracking

Invoicing

Monitor and Verify Subcontractor Compliance for Payment Release (See Sub Payment Checklist)

Lien Releases - Conditional and Unconditional

Project Close-Out:

Assist with Warranties, O&M's, and As-Builts

Assist with Subcontractor Finalization Letters

Retention Release

Miscellaneous Duties:

Marketing - RFP/Q's

Misc. Office Duties as needed
