Project Coordinator

Brix Paving is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their growing team. Brix is centrally located in Sherwood Oregon, specializing in both public and private work in the Portland area.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain contract databases, organize documentation, and track contract status and renewal dates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts and agreements.
• Analyze contract terms, conditions, and performance to provide insights for decision-making.
• Liaise between internal departments and external parties to facilitate smooth contract execution.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Enter budget and costs for each project
• Complete, review, and submit contracts for public works projects
• Order insurance and bonds for projects
• Submit pre-qualifications
• Navigate between various construction software systems
• General administrative duties as assigned
• Finalize project closeout documents

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Detail focused
• Good knowledge of contract law and industry standards
• Administrative and data entry skills
• HCSS and Intacct software preferred
