We only promote from within so we are looking to develop 15-20 representatives into trainers and team leaders within the next 6 months. There are 5 leadership roles and promotions available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

• Call and book 20+ appointments and present to 10-15 families weekly

• Train new representatives on phone and presentation skills

• Oversee and coordinate the team activities

• Establish territories, quotas, and goals for the team

• Analyze statistics to identify areas of improvement

• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting

• Report on team and individual performance

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office -- including Outlook, Word and Excel

• Proficiency with using an a smartphone and laptop

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Must possess excellent problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, must be able to effectively communicate with external and internal customers

In 2023 we had the best year in company history! 2024 started with our best first quarter in company history and an amazing first half. We are excited for another year of double digit growth!
