Scope of Duties
At Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties:
EXECUTIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
· Support, implement, and execute goals of Company
· Pleasantly answer phone and greet guests
· Ensure Executive Team is always prepared for upcoming meetings, trainings, etc…
· Schedule, highlight, remind, and prep team w/ agendas or collateral info/research
· Catalogue & bank all incoming data on appropriate project boards and server
· Provide project tracking, management, and execution
· Organize, schedule, and plan events – ex: catering, conferences
· Book travel for out of town staff, including retreats, conferences, summits
· Research and generate reports / comparisons for vendors
FULL CYCLE CROSS-DEPARTMENTAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT
· Project management across multiple departments
· Catalogue meeting initiatives and incoming data into digital platforms
OWNER GOALS + WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT
· Assisting with reading, engaging with, responding to, and filing CEO emails
· Assisting with process development as directed
· Assisting with Owner projects as directed
· Assisting with executing CEO workflow, tracking tasks to completion
HEADQUARTERS + VENDOR + FACILITY MANAGEMENT
· Maintain a welcoming and tidy facility entrances, kitchens, and common areas
· Coordinate with vendors to maintain exterior/interior - inc property design
· Oversee corporate ordering and shipping – inc. inventorying of office supplies
· Oversee Key Handling, Labeling, and Inventorying - and security of premises
· Oversee property needs – inc. facilitation of needs at offsite properties as needed
· Sort, catalogue, and distribute all incoming papers/mail to the appropriate parties
