Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Low Voltage and Security electronics industry. The ideal candidate will have an experienced background in residential and/or commercial construction processes (preferred, not required), hands-on customer service, logistical and resource planning, with a focus on managing and optimizing methods and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

1. Project Management:

• Lead and manage Low Voltage installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

2. Technical Expertise:

• Possess strong knowledge of Low Voltage systems, including but not limited to security systems, fire alarm systems, access control, IP Cameras, and audiovisual equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that designs and installations meet industry standards, jurisdiction compliance, and client requirements.

3. Design and Documentation:

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create detailed project specifications and plan drawings/markups.
• Review and approve technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements and relevant regulations.

4. Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality control processes to monitor and evaluate the performance of Low Voltage systems during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any deviations from project specifications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

5. Client Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities and contribute to the growth of client accounts.

Starting base salary range is $60,000 to 80,000 based on experience. Additional earnings are available via sales commissions and performance bonuses for meeting key milestones and profitability goals. Total earnings may net as much as $90,000 or more each year.
