Project Coordinator - Balancing Analyst
What does a great Project Coordinator - Balancing Analyst do?
As part of a strong and motivated team, you will fulfill a critical function as you assist clients and account processors in reconciling their general ledger accounts to amounts settled by Fiserv Card Services. A successful coordinator offers guidelines for establishing appropriate general ledger accounts, educates clients regarding the use of transaction and settlement reports for cards and ATM terminals, as well as the use of detailed cardholder reports provided by the account processor. You will also train clients on the balancing process and assist them in identifying/correcting items not posted correctly to cardholder accounts through a collaborative and consultative engagement.

What does a great Project Coordinator - Balancing Analyst do?

As a Project Coordinator - Balancing you can expect to:
- Clearly and concisely train clients and relay information both virtually and/or in person
- Work both collaboratively with internal teams and external clients as well as independently
- Manage multiple balancing and reconciliation tasks within a project workload across various project types including net-new and existing client debit, credit, and ATM terminal focus
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation and project artifacts to provide to the client and support project tracking
- Develop and deliver internal and client facing manuals and job aids to assist balancing resources in accurately and efficiently balancing and reconciling all activity
- Utilize all available tools to streamline the balancing function and meet or exceed all balancing standards and processes
- Perform other duties as required
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience required
- Relevant equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
